I just sent a RPA for 252 cartons, but I forgot to revise the "q'ty shipped" from 3135 to 252, so when I tried to create the RPA for 2nd load, there's a overshipped q'ty error.
Please help to clear transaction so I can re-submit.

Hi Janice,

In order to reset that order we will have to have Canadian Tire remove or adjust that first RPA. Once they do that, I can reset that for you. They are best reached at prodflow@cantire.com

Hello,

I just got reply fom ucicc@cantire.com, they said it takes overnight to update to 252 as my request.

But they attached a template for me to send to SPS to have the PO reset, after PO reset I can RPA the rest of loads.  the template is "Canadian Tire RPA document re-creation authorization.oft", please let me know who I should send this file to as today is my RPA due date and I need to have this done by 4:30pm central time.  Thanks!
