Can additional information be added to the Canadian Tire RPA Reply Notifications? The email provided shows the Shipping ID and the RPA Request it is associated with, but the person in our warehouse who receives the RPA Reply is not the same person who requests the information so the warehouse person would like more info provided on the RPA Reply such as the PO associated with the Shipment ID. Below is all that is included in the RPA Response email.
