Canadian Tire missing shipment ID and now allowing me to invoice?

I'm having an issue with Canadian Tire's shipment IDs.  It's coming up "Unknown" or "Blank" after submitting ASNs and it isn't allowing me to invoice afterwards.  How do I fix this?  An example is Canadian Tire's PO 04152500.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I'm showing that you did not enter an ID for your shipment, which is why it is showing up blank. In addition, you have not sent that ASN yet--it is currently saved in your account. Canadian Tire tracks their items in the SPS system to ensure that documents are sent in the correct order. You will not be able to invoice until the ASN is fully filled out and sent.
