CANADIAN TIRE LABEL ERROR

I am receiving an error when trying to print a shipping label for Canadian Tire PO 03302105.  The error appears after the label tries to load:  "Application Error:  NoSuchFieldError, carrierName".

How can I fix this?

Hi Mitzi,

Good catch!  A fix was recently put in place for this issue that started today.  I was just able to load the labels, are you able to confirm this?  Our apologies!

Please let me know if you experience any further issues.

Maybe a related issue.....The carrier box on the 2nd tab of the ASN is now a drop down box with CTC as the only option.  We use other freight lines to ship to them.  How can I enter the correct information?

Hello Mitzi,

This has been a big change for quite a few companies!  CTC changed their options for carriers and now only CTC is the only one you can pick.

They did this because, even through you are using a different carrier, they are facilitating and organizing the shipments so they wanted to simplify the ASN and put themselves as the carrier.

So, even if you are using a different carrier, CTC would like you to choose them as the carrier as they are organizing the process.

I am just looking to update you, Mitzi, and anyone who may be viewing this post.

After much iteration, the Carrier field is once more free-formable.  I spoke with Canadian Tire's account rep this morning and this should be final.  I greatly apologize for the confusion lately, I hope you weren't getting too used to the change :)

Additionally, these updates were the reason for your initial shipping label issue.
