I received multiple Purchase Orders from my trading partner. Since all of the orders will be shipped at the same time to the same location, can these Purchase Orders be combined onto one Advanced Ship Notice?

There are two ways of combining multiple Purchase Orders (POs) onto one Advanced Ship Notice (ASN).

The first way is to click on ‘New Document’ select the POs you wish to include and click ‘Reply’. This will load the data entry form and you can proceed with filling out your ASN as usual.

The second, more efficient, means of combining multiple POs onto one ASN is to use Auto-Complete. To do so, locate and place a checkmark next to the POs that you wish to work with. From the “Select an Action” menu, choose Auto Complete. WebForms will begin processing your request. Be patient while your documents are generated, as the time takes to finish the action will vary depending upon the number of POs and/or stores included in the request. Once the action is completed, you will be prompted to fill in the remaining information from the Quick Edit screen. From the Quick Edit screen you have the option to save the document(s) for future use within your drafts folder, send your document(s), or send and close your document(s).
