Can anyone tell me if there are any Macy's specific training resources available anywhere on SPS?

I am looking for a a step-by-step guide of some sort. Something that will walk me through the process from the moment we receive the po to the moment we invoice it.

Good afternoon,

Thanks for your post!  Unfortunately we do not have any Macy's-specific training videos or written guides at this time, but there are a few other options available that might help.  I would definitely recommend setting up a 1-on-1 training session with one of our analyst.  These sessions can be tailored to your specific needs, in this case Macy's order processing, and can really help answer some of the questions you may have about this process.  You can set up one of these training sessions by sending an email to  Some should respond within a few business days and you can set up a session at that time.

If you are looking for more of a general overview of WebForms or the forms themselves there are a couple resources that may help.  You can attend one of our “WebForms Webinars” directed by our Non-Integrated Services Team twice a week. These Webinars cover a general overview of your WebForms site, key navigational points and a tutorial on completing the forms you will return to your retailer(s). You can access these Webinars by logging into your portal site. On the lower left side you will see “WebForms Webinar” located under the Support Links section. Choose "Enter as Guest", fill in your name, and click "Enter Room" to begin. Attending one of these Webinars is recommended so that you are familiar with your WebForms account.

Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00 pm CST

Once you click on this link, please make sure to select the option “Enter as a Guest” and enter your name in the box. After entering your name, please select 'Enter Room' and you should be able to access the Webinar.
