Hello,
Can you resend these two SPORTS AUTHORITY PO's? The two PO’s are 105427 and 105252.
We’ve changed the item in NS to match SPS. The internal ID for this
item ( 88315OR ) is 977.

Thanks so much for responding.  I did receive one PO again in SPS, but I believe it failed again. It didn't drop into NS.  Here is the error email I got.  (PO 105252 hasn't been resent yet) The internal ID for this item ( 88315OR ) is 977.

Hello Marcia,

Looking at your existing xrefs, I show we have item 88315OG set up with internal ID 977. Is that correct? Or should I switch item 88315OR to point to 977? And if so, what should the internal ID for item 88315OG  be?

Hi Johnny,
item 88315OR should to point to 977.  Item 88315OG doesn't exist anymore, we changed it to 88315OR once Sports Authority sent it that way to us.  We matched what they sent us.  Same item, but they put an OR at the end.  Looks like the first time they're buying this.
