Can webforms worked correctly for once!? This is insane! I don't want to have to try 15 things to make it work...I just want it to work. We have shipments being held up because of webforms.

We agree! Target charges us back if ASN's aren't sent within 60 minute window from order pick-up.  I've spent 45 minutes trying to figure out something and playing the Webform waiting game!!!!

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled
WebForms documents will not load.

Once again today, webforms will not load. I have gone through all 75 steps of trying to make it work. This is a very large order that must go out today. This has gone on long enough... Is there a reason these issues are not being taken care of? Asking everyone to use a different browser is a little unrealistic. If the first two I use are not working, I doubt I will install another and change all my settings to "try" to make it work.

Good afternoon all,

I am sorry, I know that it has been very frustrating to get forms to load over the past few days.  Please follow the below steps, in this order.  Upon doing so, you may need to allow the application to "run."  In Mozilla Firefox, if you receive a red lego-block in the upper left-hand corner of the page, please select "Allow and Remember" for both plugins and then select "OK."

1) Clear Java Cache

-Go to your 'Start' menu on your computer
-Go to Control Panel
-Click
on the Java icon.  If you do not see one on that screen you may have to
click on Programs, then there should be a Java available from there.
The Java Control Panel should open.
-Click on the 'Settings' button under Temporary Internet Files
-Click on 'Delete Files'
-Check
'Trace and Log Files' and 'Cached Applications and Applets', then hit
OK.  It may take a little while for this process to run
-After this has finished.  You can click OK or close out of the Java Control Panel.

2) Clear Internet Files

In Internet Explorer, follow these steps:

-Click on 'Tools' in the upper left of your screen or the gear icon just under where you exit out of the browser
-Click on 'Internet Options'
-Click on the 'Delete' button under 'Browsing history'
-Check the 'Temporary Internet Files' and 'Cookies' boxes (everything else can be unchecked), then click 'Delete'
-After this runs you can close out of that window and completely close out of Internet Explorer
-Reopen Internet Explorer and and see if you can access the forms you need

If you are using Firefox, follow these steps:

-Click on 'Tools' or the orange 'Firefox' menu in the upper left
-Click on 'Options'
-Click on 'Privacy' along the top
-Click 'Clear Your Recent History'
-Check 'Cookies' and 'Cache' (everything else can be unchecked), then click 'Clear'
-After this runs you can close out of that window and completely close out of Firefox
-Reopen Firefox and and see if you can access the forms you need

Once you have done so and forms are able to load, you should not run into this again.   Again, I truly apologize, I know this has been very frustrating.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or continue to be unable to access your documents.

Jordan
