Can we view support cases on-line?

That way we can track updates, add new examples, or close them out when they are resolved and not have to rely on email (although getting email notifications when support updates the case would be helpful).

Thank you for posting this idea, I think it sounds like a great idea!  While it is not in the current roadmap, I think it is definitely something to consider.  f anyone else sees value in this idea - please feel free to "like" this post and/or share any comments below.  I would imagine this being beneficial for others as well!

This would be extremely helpful.  I feel that many cases just go nowhere.  Unless we track everything then we will often never hear anything.
