Can we import invoice data via CSV or Excel

Our company is EDI compliant from our trading partners point of view, but unfortunately on our end we have to manually key a lot of invoice data into SPS commerce for the 810 transactions.  This is because of our aging ERP system where the data cannot be easilly exported into 810 specs.

Is there any way we could create a CSV or Excel file of the 810 data we've been manually keying into SPS  and somehow import that into SPS Commerce on a regular basis?

This is something that will help keep our Finance dept. staff sane during our busy season before we move to a normal ERP system.

You can do that if you sign up for Integration Services

Thank you for the reply margo.  We are currently building a new ERP system and will be using full integration then.  At this time we're only using webforms though and are looking for an intermediate solution where we don't have to manually key Invoice data into SPS.

Mike,

Unfortunately, we do not have a spreadsheet upload function built out in Webforms / Fulfillment at this time. However, you can use various Document Sourcing rules to speed up the manual entry process. If you have specific questions regarding how to use Document Sourcing, please call our support line at 1-888-739-3232, option 1, option 1.

Is this still the case where there is no upload function in Fulfillment?  We would like our 3rd party warehouse to be able to upload Shipment 856 information with CSV data file while maintaining the option to enter thru Fulfillment.

Margaret,

Yes, that still is the case. Keep in mind, you are able to upload item information using the "Items" tab; however, there is no CSV upload function for business documents on the Fulfillment portal.
