Can someone walk me through how to get set up? I do not have access to anything after someone did the upgrade without notifying the 3PL company that handles the shipment processing.

I would recommend contacting our support team for a walkthrough of the new product when it's convenient for you! Your vendor will need to give you their login to use, since they have already upgraded, and if you're not sure who that is, our Support team can help find that for you!
