PO 005850401359 came over with a change today but I never received the original PO that was submitted yesterday.  I need to accept the original before I can accept the change.  I asked the buyer to resubmit but when he did, it came across still as a change.

Hi Nikki,

Thank you for your post!  I was actually able to track down the document that your trading partner sent yesterday and found it had erred but with no error message.  I requeued the document and I see it has gone through successfully, sorry for the inconvenience!

Because I have not seen this before, do you mind trying to accept/reject the changes now?  If it does not allow, I will see what adjustments I can make here to display the PO as the first transmission, chronologically.

Let me know if it works, please.

Thanks Nikki!

Hi Nikki,

I am sorry, this post completely missed my eye until now!  Do you know when the original PO was transmitted?  I can then take a look in our system.

Thanks!

Wonderful.  Do you have any idea when Costco transmitted that original PO?

They include the transmit date in the PO so this one should have been received on January 15th.  On that date, this PO came over as a change - I never saw it as a new PO.

Thank you for that info.  I do not see the PO hitting our system on January 10th.  Do you mind reaching out to your buyer and asking them to retransmit the original PO?

Sorry!  It should have been the 15th. I have previously asked them to resubmit but by then the order had been received so they said they were unable to do so.

Hi Nikki,

The bad: I was unable to find an original PO in our system.  Unfortunately, I am out of options for "pushing" it through the system as it does not appear it has entered.

The good: I made a few tweaks on my end and it appears you will be able to invoice the Purchase Order Change.  This is a fortunate situation as there are not too many retailers that allow for this type of invoice.  As long as the Purchase Order Change contains all items that were shipped, you will be able to send an invoice directly from the POC.  When you click the orange next steps arrow, you will see Invoice (POC) is an option.  Please feel free to use that here, assuming the item information is correct.

Please let me know if you have any questions!
