Can I cancel a PO acknowledgement. Can I cancel an acknowledgement I have already sent?

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

Unfortunately, once a document is sent, we can not cancel it.

The best practice for this is to reach out to the trading partner, let them know the error and to disregard the document.  Then send out the intended document.

If you find that you are not able to send the document because it is greyed out and crossed off, you will need to call our Support Team and they can reset the PO, opening that option back up for you.  This only happens for some retailers, so it will depend on the specifications of the trading partner as to if this is the case or not.  You may not run into any issues resending the document.
