I would like to see ASN ID #'s that relate to the PO document in some way instead of pure sequence numbers. I do Bed Bath & Beyond PO's which involve creating hundreds of ASN's for individual stores from one purchase order.  I had to delete an ASN as the particular store canceled their portion of the purchase.  As there was nothing to identify the particular store in the ASN ID, I had to open and view several ASN's to locate the one I needed to delete.  There has to be a better way of identifying ASN's when you have to do hundreds besides a manual trail on paper.

Good morning Steve,

Thank you for the idea!  Sorry for the delay here - I have had a few discussions with people that have a little more insight into the possibilities we have here.  Let me start by saying I completely understand your request as the amount of stores on those POs can get to be a large number.  There is currently a build in progress that will allow columns within your WebForms account to have more insight, such as the source document (the PO number for an ASN).  Once this build is complete, I should be able to request that our Development Team adds the store location into one of the added columns.  With this, you would be able to readily see the location number, as well as use that location number in any search parameters.  I will keep you updated as I receive information regarding this build, and then the request following the build.

Wonderful idea,

Hi there.

FYI, if you go to your preferences, click on the Columns tab and then choose which view you want to adjust, make sure that ID3 is selected. It will show you the store # associated with that document.

I hope that helps, Steve.
