Autofilling the Ship To name and address?

On our ASN, the "Ship To" name and address is always the same as the "Ordered By" name and address. The "Ordered By" is automatically pulled from the PO but "Ship To" has to be entered manually. Is there a way to make it automatically fill? I've looking into setting defaults, but it's impractical because we ship to hundreds of locations.

I have the same situation except that it's our shipping address that always remains the same.  I hope someone can help us out!
