Google has released Chrome version 45, which removes support for many popular third-party plugins, including Java.

As a result, WebForms customers using Chrome will need to change to Firefox or Internet Explorer. View a complete guide to using and optimizing these browsers with WebForms.

As part of our commitment to delivering the industry’s most advanced fulfillment products, we will be introducing a new version of WebForms Fulfillment that supports all major browsers in the Spring of 2016. Expect to see more updates on our new Fulfillment product in the coming months.

In the meantime, we are dedicated to making this change as seamless as possible for your company. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Operations team for assistance.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

We are currently in the process of rolling out our New Fulfillment product to select groups.  The new product is compatible with Chrome and all browsers!

We are rolling it out to customers on the basis of the kinds of connections they have with their trading partners and we will be sending out targeted communication over the next 8 months to facilitate the transition.

When you see the communication come through from us concerning this change, follow the instructions and you will be able to switch over.

If you have any specific questions concerning the process of the transition or would like more information on timelines: please call our Customer Support Team and they can look into your connections and determine when your targeted change date is projected to be.
