Subject: Amplivox 810 Discrepancy

Hi Jim,

I have noticed that there is a little discrepancy from the specs in the 810 that we are currently receiving from you. It appears that you are configured to provide an allowance, but we received the 810 without the allowance included. Would you mind including the SAC segment in the 810? It should look something like this:

I have included the specs sheet for reference, SAC description starts on page 48.

In addition, the test 846 we received is erring out due to the LIN02 segment.

LIN02 can only read VP for vendor part number, I’m not so sure if VN is a code our system is able to read.

Could we try this?
