Assortment - Catalog v7 Implementation Overview

Thank you for choosing SPS Commerce as your supply chain partner. It is important to read the information below to familiarize yourself with the process for a successful Assortment - Catalog v7 implementation.



Throughout the implementation process, you will have a dedicated Consultant who will work to set-up your Assortment - Catalog v7 connection, complete the connection with your trading partner, and educate you on the minimum attribute requirements that your trading partner requires.

General Implementation Process



Collection
Time Frame:  The setup will be completed within 1 week of receiving all required information; however, it is our recommendation that you spend no more than 2 weeks collecting item information for the catalog.
  • Your Consultant will contact you and complete the SPS Commerce internal setup.

Validation
Time Frame: The validation of items can take between 1-3 weeks in order to correct formatting errors and overall attribute information entry.
  • Your Consultant will contact your trading partner who will then complete the setup in their own system.

Maintenance
Time Frame: The maintenance of items is an ongoing process. As you continue to add items to your catalog and update current item information, there will always be a need to maintain accurate item information for you and your trading partners' records.
