ASN wrong qty question

When I try to send an ASN, it is telling me that I have exceeded the percentage tolerance of overshipment allowable for that item, yet the number of this item order on the PO is what we are trying to send. How can i solve this problem? The order related is Cabela's PO# 8233275 (00223885499).

i have issues sending out the ASN for 2 Cabelas orders, it says that I have exceeded the percentage tolerance of overshipment allowable for that item, yet the number of this item order on the PO is what we are trying to send. what's the issue? the Cabela's PO#is 8797007 (00611615412) and 8797007 (00227094489).  Awaiting your reply.
