When I try to send an ASN, it is telling me that I have exceeded the percentage tolerance of overshipment allowable for that item, yet the number of this item order on the PO is what we are trying to send. Any thoughts on what the problem could be?

Good morning Michelle!

Some of our retailers are what we call "item-tracking" which means that once items are added to a document and either saved or sent, they are marked as used. I can easily open these up for you so you do not receive this error. Can you please provide me with the PO number?

Thank you!
