Why are asns that I have sent to norm thompson over a week ago still showing as not opened?

when i send a ASN to norm thompson they are not receiving them, then after i have a session and someone on your end releases them , ASN status is still showing as unopened

I just wanted to let you know that I have reached out to Orchard Brands, since dataflow looks fine on our end. Once I receive a response from them I will be sure to provide another update.

Hi Ralph,

Just wanted to let you know that I am still awaiting a response from Orchard Brands. Two of our main contacts at Orchard are currently out of the office, and they should be in tomorrow. I'll provide another update when I hear back from them.

thank you for getting back to me , all of the asn,s i have sent over to them since after july 4th are still showing status as not read, or opened

Hi Ralph,

I was able to get a response back from Orchard Brands and they confirmed that they have received all of your ASNs and they are sending the appropriate confirmation documents to our systems now. So you should be good to go!
