Hi Mandy, thank you for posting your question! You are receiving this error because there are missing mandatory fields that are still blank on the ASN. If you navigate to the Order tab, located in the upper left corner, you will notice a large blue box around the Pack Info section. * Note that depending on which retailer's form you are currently working on, the wording could be slightly different.

You will want to click the plus sign to start sourcing in your item information as you must include on the ASN every item you will be sending. If you want to reply with a specific example of which retailer/Purchase Order you are working with I can give you more detailed instructions on how to complete this form. I am having the same exact problem and nothing we try to do seems to make it work. We're trying to create an ASN Pick and Pack for Cabelas. We're not supposed to click the first plus sign because if we do, when we click to add items, nothing comes up. We clicked store info and 804 cam up, and we did everything else like normal, but keep getting that same error. Please help!

Thank you for providing that! You are corrct that you should not click the first plus sign as that will add another Order repetition to the ASN. The issue with items not sourcing into the form is related to "item tracking" trading partners and their return documents. If you created a similar document and saved/sent it, that item/quantity will not be available for the same document type.

I have reset the order so you will be able to create a new ASN Pick and Pack and will be able to source items into the document. If you are still having issues with this, I can certainly reach out to you to walk through the form!

Ok we went through and did it again and it did the exact same thing. When we try to save or send it says "Nothing Received/Request Empty" and the error area still said "[Order] needs Minimum [1] Repetitions". Could you please call me at 413-788-4288 and ask for Casey in the Shipping Area?

Call again, I had to look for our computer guy, it rang and then stopped before my coworker pickd it up. Im right next to the phone now, please call back and I'll be able to pick it up. :-)

Hi, can someone help me with PO# 87254. We (Smartshake) are trying to acknowledge a PO for our retailer Vitamin Shoppe, but we are getting this "repetition error" as mentioned. The Items Information tab seems to want to keep adding repeat items to the PO# but we only have 2 line items. Also, I am unsure of all the required fields on the Header Tab. Any help is appreciated.

I'm also getting this message.  I have two items in one shipment.  Also, it's asking for weight and measurements.  Is this info required?  I'm new to SPS, and haven't had to include info with other EDI provider.  Customer is Shoebuy.  We are Shoestring Shoes, LLC
