It was pretty easy to find definitions for "single" and "multi" packs, as it refers to the dropship ASN->Order tab->Pack info. However, I can't find a definition for "variety". What does this mean?

Good afternoon,

That is a great question.  Variety is sort of a combination of both and not every form has that option yet.  Variety can be used when you have multiple mixed cartons that are packed the exact same. ex. 5 cartons that each contain 1 apple and 1 orange.  In this case:

1. Choose variety (if available)
2. Choose the correct line items which will be in the carton
3. Pick the quantities making sure they divide out evenly.

Using the example above, I would choose apples and oranges and set my shipped quantity to the total (in this case 5) and my quantity per carton as 1 for both. (since 1 apple and 1 orange are going in the box).  When this divides out it will produce 5 similar cartons with mixed SKUs in them.

**Note: using variety would be equivalent as using mixed and individually creating 5 pack/carton repetitions. It is a option to save time.  Please let me know if that helps or if I can clarify anything above.
