after I deleted saved ASN I can not create another ASN

Thanks for posting in our Support Center.  Are you able to provide me with the Purchase Order number you are working from?  I can take a look at this for you.

Hi Eric,

I was able to take a look at the deleted ASN draft and able to see the order your are having the issue with.  That particular ASN is showing a closed status.  You can open that order back up by following the steps below.

  1. Find the order in your WebForms account.
  2. Place a check mark in the status column (on the left-hand side)
  3. Go down to the 'Select an Action' menu near the bottom of the screen and chose 'Open'.
  4. You should get a pop up that shows you it is working and receive a successful 'thumps up' sign.
  5. Once you get this, you can close the pop up window and try getting to that ASN.
If that is still crossed off, let me know and we can take some additional troubleshooting steps within the browser.  Please let me know if you have any questions!
