ASN for Indigo missing parts

We tried to ship our first order from SPSCommerce but the ASN for Indigo did not contain any information on the Order tab. How do we handle this as we would have expected the order part#s to flow through to the ASN? Manual entry for all line items is too risky due to the potential for error. Are ASN details required for Indigo? If so how came we get the order details to show up on the ASN.

Hi Stephen,

Thanks for your post! The part numbers and item information should source into the ASN from the purchase order after hitting the "+" button at the Pack and Item levels on the Order tab. When you hit the "+" is nothing popping up on the screen or is the button grayed out? The ASN details will be required for Indigo and you will not be able to generate any shipping labels through WebForms without packing the ASN.

If there are still any problems with that order, please send me the purchase order number and I can see if there is anything preventing that from sourcing in. Thanks!
