ASN error message recieved after deleting & redoing the ASN

Hello. I drafted an ASN (shipment #490) for Cabelas invoice #7532864 on Monday, 1/27. I then had to delete it because there was a change to the PO. I have since drafted a new ASN (shipment #492) for the same PO and am getting the following error message for all styles that were on shipment #490: "You have exceeded the percentage tolerance of overshipment by item allowable by Cabela's for item... and line number . Please correct the quantity or contact your Cabela buyer to request a PO Change to increase the allowable item quantity." Is there something you can do to permanently delete shipment #490 to get rid of these messages?

Hi Sierra,

That error occurs because Cabela's is an item tracking retailer with us.  I was able to reset that for you which should get rid of the error.  Please let me know if you are still having the issue or have any additional questions.  Thanks for your post!
