I'm trying to do an ASN for LL Bean and the ASN option is not there when I click 'Next Steps'. I've checked my permissions and I can read/write everything. Any insight on what may be causing this?

Thanks

I have a stack of about 20 orders and this seems to be the case with all of them.

Hi Kellen!

Thanks for your inquiry. There could be a couple of reasons that those 'Next Step' Advance Ship Notices are crossed off.

A) The purchase orders in your account are still in a 'New' (bold) status.  In order to work from next steps, you must first view the purchase orders by clicking on them, or by marking them as read using the 'Select an Action' menu.

B). Your Internet browser has stored temporary Internet files that are blocking the Advance Ship Notice option. Try clearing your temporary Internet files if you are working in Internet Explorer:

1.       Click the Tools menu in the upper right corner.  It may just be a symbol of a gear that you can click on.

2.       Go to Internet Options at the bottom of the Tools Menu.

3.       On the General Tab of the Internet Options window, look for where it says Browsing History and click the Delete button that is next to the Settings button.

4.       On the Delete window, put a check mark in “Temporary Internet Files” and “Cookies.” Then hit the Delete button.

5.       Close Internet Explorer and reopen it to make sure the changes take place.

Let us know if these troubleshooting steps work!

Thanks for the response Johnny. Unfortunately, neither of these solved the problem. They are not bold, so they're not new orders. I cleared my cookies and temporary internet files, and still no luck. I've attempted to process the orders not only in different internet browsers, but on different computers as well, and still nothing. Maybe LL Bean has some insight?

Hi Kellen --

I connected with LL Bean and have an update as to why your Advance Ship Notice is not accessible. I will send you an email now.
