ASN option is unavailable for Target

We are trying to send an ASN to target (which is mandatory for each order) and we are unable to. Please help us resolve the issue ASAP

Hello,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I took a look at your WebForms account and tried loading up a few ASNs for Target and was able to have the form load up.  So, depending on the circumstances, there could be a few things going on here.

Is the ASN option greyed out and crossed off?  Are you able to create and ASN, but the quantities are not loading in?  Are you not seeing the option to create and ASN at all?

I would recommend calling into our Support Line and working with an analyst to resolve the issue. They will be able to troubleshoot and find a resolution.
