I am trying to test the auto complete feature with PO # 01976774 For PumpSpy Technologies.  I have as much information saved in defaults as possible.  The box that pops up after auto completion only asks for the BOL # and the Home Depot shipping ID.  There will be no BOL # with this shipment.  It is going UPS.  Where do I put the tracking number? I really need to use this feature.  ASN's took me 5 hours to complete with our last shipment!

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

I have looked into your questions and see that the BOL number is an "either or" mandatory segment.  When you have filled out all you can fill out in the document, always click the check button on the bottom of the form and that will tell you what is still needed.

When you do that with this ASN it will tell you that either the BOL number or the Carrier PRO number is needed.  So, you will want to put the tracking number in the Carrier Pro  field and leave the BOL number field blank.  That is where you will put in the tracking number.

If you are having troubles with the form and need further assistance, I would reach out to either your dedicated implementation analyst or the Support Team and they can walk you through the document and ensure all the questions are answered.
