ASN failure notifications.

I received notification from one of my vendors with a charge back for no ASN. I go into my account and it shows I submitted it but there is red question mark next to the sent doc folder. so I click on the question mark and it just shows me the ASN I submitted. are notifications sent via email when this happens and how do I receive them that day not after find out it failed.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

Any time you see the Red Question Mark (a Red Exclamation Mark in Fulfillment), that means that your document erred in our system and was not successfully sent to your trading partner. You can always contact us to see what the error is at (888) 739-3232, Option 1, Option 1.

We do have email notifications set up, depending on whether or not you provided an email address to us for these notifications when you were originally set up. If you contact a phone agent they will be able to look into your specific company to help get those set up as well.

Any erred documents will need to be corrected and resent depending on what the error is, and then you should not see the ? any longer.
