ASN Error: Invalid Product ID....but it is correct. How do I clear the error?

ASN 10721 & 10730 are being flagged with an error containing 'invalid product ID(s)'. Both are for the same product. When I check them, I can see that the product ID is in fact correct (BLACK18SUBX110). I've tried resending the ASN 3 times today, and they are being kicked back for the same reason. How can we send these ASN's?

This issue can often happen if the Product ID is not matching what was sent on the Purchase Order. I am seeing that you sent copies of invoices successfully at 2:52PM and 2:54PM CST, respectively, and that they were accepted by your trading partner, Amazon Warehouse.
