I started doing ASNs for PO# AB0X7TW, I did 1 asn for a store and after that, it says "this document not available at this time".  What happened, why not?

Now the ASN option is marked out?  This PO is not cancelled so what happened?

I cannot do this PO in just a couple days, need to start now.

Good morning Wayne,

Thank you for your post.  I was able to replicate that on my end as well.  I found the error in our system and have manually corrected the issue - you should be able to create your ASNs from the PO at this time.  My only reasonable explanation is that the PO Change that was accepted (a cancellation for one store) caused a system error in which the system considered the entire order cancelled.  Apologies for the inconvenience here, it should not happen again.  Please let me know if you run into any further issues with this PO.

Best regards,

Jordan

Thank You Jordan, It appears to be working now.  I'm glad you could see the same as me and could resolve.

Jordan,

It did it again, seems like we do one and it kicks out again.  I need your help again!

Wow, I am seeing that as well!  How strange - as you stated it appears it is locking the PO as soon as an ASN has been created.  If that draft is deleted, it re-opens the PO.  Given the specificity and urgency of this, I would recommend calling our WebForms support at 1-888-739-3232, option 1, 1 or you may chat in, using the "Chat Us" feature from the home page of the Support Center.  To locate this, navigate back to the homepage, and select "Contact Us" along the right-hand side.  From here, you will receive an option to chat, followed by selecting WebForms.

I will keep an eye on your account to be sure your inquiry is handled in a timely manner!

Best,

Jordan
