Good afternoon Angel,

Thank you for posting, apologies on the delayed response here.  Glad to see you were able to get it sorted out!  For those wondering where this information is found - it is located in the News Feed of the Portal.  Below is the information Angel is referring to:

SPS Commerce has released a new version of our WebForms Fulfillment product. Following this release, we have identified that you may come across an issue with Java security settings. While loading forms, you may see a pop-up titled 'Application Blocked by Deployment Rule Set'.

If you receive this notification, you will need to modify your Java security settings. Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

  1. Access your Java Control Panel by clicking on the 'Start' menu, typically in the lower left-hand side of your screen. Access the Java Control Panel by typing 'Configure Java' in your search bar.
  2. Once you have accessed the Java Control Panel, select the 'Security' tab. Ensure that 'high' is selected and click 'Edit Site List.'
  3. Remove all current sites in the Exception Site List.
  4. Restart your browser.

If forms still will not load, you may need to clear your temporary internet files.
