What I need is to be able to get into the line detail screen so that I can change the container numbers.  Our operation does multiple ASN cartons scanned for different retail customers randomly.  So the container numbers are never in sequence.  Our customer is K-Mart/Sears PO number 08292702323.  Any suggestions?

Hello Janice.

If you need to enter carton numbers that are out of sequence, you will need to use the "Using Own Label Numbers?" feature on the ASN.  On the Header tab of the form will be a little box under the "Using own label numbers?" message that you can put a check mark in.  Once you have done this, then on the Order tab of the form you will need to specify the First and Last Container ID for that set of cartons under Pack Info.  The container IDs in one Pack Info section need to be in sequence, but separate Pack Info sections can have difference sequences of IDs.

There is one limitation to this feature, and that is you need to put a check mark in the "Using Own Label Numbers?" box before you add items to the ASN.  If you have already added items to the ASN, then you will need to create a new ASN in order to use this feature.  Let me know if you have any questions!

OK this is not working out for me.  This order has 274 cartons and I have been doing the packs for almost 2 hours.  I am finding that almost all the cartons are one pack each.  We need to find an easier way.  At a $150 a missing ASN this is going to cost.  What other suggestions do you have.  By the way this is the smallest of the orders I have to do.
