Are there connectivity issues again?

There were issues last week, but it was solved and all my sent docs were finally sent through. It's happening again. I have a doc I sent on Fri, but it hasn't been received on the other end yet. Doesn't usually take multiple days.

At this time we are not having connectivity issues or delays on our end.  It's possible that the trading partner could having them or has just not sent the 997 back to confirm receipt of the document.

If it is still in transit at this time, I would recommend calling into our Support Team and they can track the document out and determine if any further action needs to be taken to assist with transmission.
