I archived an invoice that was in transit, how do I know if the customer received it? Order 2017-00-05238

If you click on "Advanced Search" in the Transactions tab within your Fulfillment account, you will see some additional search parameters. You can elect to either "Include" Archived Documents in a search or "Only" search for archived documents.


Don't forget to make use of our in-app Messenger feature on Fulfillment (found on the bottom right corner of the screen); you can ask questions right in your Fulfillment account, and they will be answered by one of our support agents.
