Amazon purchase orders were not received in SPS inbox

We have 3 PO's that were issued on 11/1/13 but did not show up in the inbox (PO# Y5545070, X9551742,W8534054) I already asked Amazon to resubmit the files. we have received PO's from amazon in the past so I am not sure if this is a setup issue?

Thanks for the post! I'm not able to find those POs in our system at this time unfortunately. However it does appear that you have a connection that is intact and active with Amazon. Having them resend would be a great next step!

Let me know if you're still having issues after they've given you confirmation they've resent and I'd be more than happy to assist to see what the issue is.

Amazon confirmed that they sent out new PO's today to replace the old ones that we never received.
