Amazon vendor sent 1st po acknowledgement and no response

Hi ive done our first amazon vendor PO acknowledgement, and it is now saying it has been over 24hrs and havent received a response. Also did a routing request and havent seen anything come through. Can you help?

Thank you for reaching out to the Support Center!

For your first question: This means that we have not received a 997 Functional Acknowledgement from your trading partner stating that it reached their system. Best practice would be to reach out to them to see if they received your document. If they have not I would try resending.

In Fulfillment: You can resend by pulling up your document and clicking the symbol in the upper right corner that looks like a paper airplane.

In WebForms: Place a check in the box to the left of your document. Go to the bottom of the page and select resend.

Question 2: I would reach out to your trading partner to see if they sent a response to your request as this would be generated by them.
