I am receiving chargebacks from Amazon for my shipping labels.  The container number on the labels contains letters and Amazon is requiring that they be all numbers.
Example:  (00) 0 00UMAAB0065956151
Can our labels be updated to conform to Amazon's request?

Thank you.

Good morning Mitzi,

Thank you for your post!  I am familiar with this and we sent out communication back in roughly October of 2014 in regards to the shipping label requirement.  Essentially, the Letters above represent a Vendor Number when Amazon now requires your Manufacturing ID in the SSCC.  Are you familiar with your Manufacturing ID?  I believe it can be found within your UPC code.

Once I have this number, I can get the necessary changes made to avoid this going forward!

Thanks,

Jordan
