Is anybody else having issues with receiving payments from Amazon Mexico?

I have worked with Amazon's EDI team, their Accounting team and am currently also working with SPS to determine the root cause of the issue. It appears that they require the VAT ID in the N104 segment of the 810, however, they seem to change their minds regarding where they want the information transmitted. We haven't received payment for 6 months. 

Does anybody have experience with this and what have you done to correct the problem?

I see you are working with Andrew on this case: 02639042 to resolve the issue.

I see in the last email that you are working towards getting the latest 810 specs from Amazon.  They may have changed something in their invoice specs and did not notify us.  If you are able to get them from Amazon, please email those into Andrew and we can get it all updated.
