We have multiple channels for Amazon (HOFT8 HOFT7 HOFT9 and JOIHB). I submit one inventory feed, which I have done since day 1. Amazon is NOW claiming that the feed isn't flowing to them correctly. Can I get a data file of the most recent feed I send and the 997 from Amazon to help them track down where the data is flowing on their side? I need ASAP as none of our product is on their website due to this 846 issue.
From AMAZON: "I’m trying to track down historic evidence that you guys were once fulfilling drop ship via HOFT8, as we discussed. Do you have any documentation supporting this that I can send to Mark? Trying to dig into this from all angles."
