Can you confirm that the Amazon 846 doc is going thru for both my Webforms accounts?  Updates are not being reflected in Amazon Vendor Central and they are incredibly slow on replying to cases submitted there.

We do see that your documents are being sent out to your trading partner. In general, past the SPS system, you would need to reach out to your trading partner directly, as I see you've done by opening a case with them.
