Please note that the AS2 certificate utilized in your connection to Amazon through SPS Commerce is nearing its expiration date. In coordination with this certificate renewal, SPS Commerce will be switching the AS2 server used to connect to Amazon.
To facilitate this we ask that you provide us with guest access to your Vendor Central account to perform these changes on your behalf. Please log into your Vendor Central account and follow the below steps.
Please review the following instructions carefully.
Providing SPS Commerce with Credentials:
  1. Log into your Amazon Vendor Central account at
  2. Click on the "Settings" tab at the top of the page
  3. Click on "Manage Permissions"
  4. Click on "Add another person"
  5. List Name as "SPS Commerce" and Email as
  6. Under "Role and permissions", select "Contributor" the access rights: EDI Management tab flipped to "Yes"
  7. Click on "Send Invitation"
If the changes are not performed by April 22nd, your AS2 connection with SPS Commerce will not function. Failure to perform this update will result in the disruption of traffic between you and Amazon through the SPS Commerce Network. We are committed to working with you to ensure this change is successful. Please let us know if you have any questions, and we will ensure we get them answered.
