AMZ is showing 7 orders having late ASNs.  These were all sent on Jan 10.  I checked the data file and see all files were "unacknowledged" that day.  Can you tell me why these didn't go thru and can you fix all of these so that they DO go thru?

No problem, Margaret!

You should be able to use any of those options to get directly to someone in support. Calling is fastest, and available 24/7, although many vendors also find our chat feature easier to use as well--this is up to you! If you'd like, you can also email in first to get a case number and provide any technical information!

Thank you,
Allie Lawler
