Hello Betsy,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

If your retailer has notified you of an issue with a specific invoice, it is likely that you are missing fields. If, however, your retailer is just letting you about upcoming changes, that may be a different issue.

Are you referring to Petco's new requirements for their 810 Invoice document beginning January 29th, 2017? If so, we are making the updates for all Web Fulfillment users on the SPS network and there will be no action needed for our vendors using this solution. If you use an integrated solution, SPS is making the necessary adjustments to our mapping, although integrated vendors will still be responsible for ensuring the proper fields are filled out.

With any specific questions, please feel free to contact our support team at (888) 739-3232, Option 1.

Thank you,
Allie Lawler
