- Pending: Once a spreadsheet has been uploaded, it will have a status of pending. Once the item information has had a chance to pass through the SPS Commerce data center, the status will change from pending to a new status, depending on the information included on the spreadsheet.
- Completed: If all information was inputted correctly on the spreadsheet, all items will upload successfully have a status of completed.
- Completed with Errors: Complete with Errors means that most of the item information has uploaded successfully, but that there are line items with incorrect information. By clicking on this message, it will highlight what errors exist on the spreadsheet.
- Failed on Errors: This occurs when the uploaded spreadsheet has more than 50 errors. When this occurs, the entire spreadsheet will fail, and no items will be uploaded to the Universal Catalog.
