Good Morning Thi!

Thanks for your post!  The next steps options from your purchase order do not always cross out.  The reason they don't is just in case you need to send an additional document from that PO (possibly for back-ordered items, etc).  You can however choose to cross them off if you'd like. There are a few ways to do this.  To do this as you complete a form, simply click the "Done" check box in the bottom left hand corner.  This will cross that particular form off from the next steps options and leaves the other forms available to you.

The other option you have is to complete all of your forms first and then close the order. To do this, please follow the steps below.

  1. First, find the purchase order either in the inbox folder or search function
  2. Place a check mark in the "Status" column
  3. Go down to the select an action menu (near the bottom), and choose "Close".  This will cross all of the options off from next steps.

If you close a purchase order that you still need open, you can follow the same steps above, but instead of choosing "Close", choose "Open".  This will open the options back up.  If you can provide me with the purchase order number, I can take a look to make sure everything has processed and is complete for you.  If you see the documents in you sent box and they have a little blue piece of paper like icon, then the document have been sent and accepted into your trading partners system.  If they are still bold and have a blue envelope in the sent folder, it means you have sent them, but they are still in transit to your trading partner.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if I can clarify anything above.
