Hi Eric!

Thank you for your post! In order to add a contact to Retail Universe, please complete the following steps:

1. Sign into Retail Universe
2. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and choose 'My Company'
3. Click on 'Contacts' just below your company name
4. Click on 'ADD'
5. Fill out the New Contact information and click 'Save'

Thanks for the quick response.

What if the user already has an account, but cannot recover a password for it?

When the user tries to use the password recovery feature, the email address associated with the user is coming up as invalid.
