Add Tracking# to ASN auto-complete screen (Wayfair)

Would like SPS to add the Tracking# field as a column on the auto-complete screen for Advance Ship Notice. In the current process, we run the Auto-complete screen initially, but then we have to edit each ASN separately to add just the tracking number. Everything else can be completed on the auto-complete screen. This would save us time on each shipment, which is a lot during 4Q drop-ship season.

Good afternoon Mike,

Thanks for your question! The auto-complete Quick Edit screen will show required fields that have not yet been filled in during the auto-complete process or via defaults. I took a look at your account and I see that you have a default set for the Tracking #, so that means it is being filled in each time you create a new ASN via the auto-complete process. In order to have the Tracking # appear on your Quick Edit screen, you will want to remove the Tracking # entry from your defaults.

Once you have done that, your Quick Edit screen should look like this:
