I have been having problems with the reporting tool. It is not loading or is not opening at all.
Anybody having the same issues? is this due to the power outage?

Good Morning Kim,

It looks like I am having some issues internally as well.  Are you able to provide me the URL you are using to get to Ad-Hoc. I want to provide that to our Technology team to help troubleshoot the issue.  I believe this may be a ripple effect from the outage on Monday.

Hi Kim,

I was informed they restarted the service here on our end.  Are you able to get back into Ad-hoc and let me know if you are still getting the error?  I want to make sure this is resolved before the ticket is closed.

It is currently still loading for about 5 minutes now.
The last error message I got a few minutes ago:

"JBO-29000: Unexpected caught: java.lang.Exception, msg=There was an error executing your request, please try again. If searching a large range of dates, try a smaller date range. For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with:server exception during PPR, #126".

Hi Kim,

Thank you for copying that to me.  I've provided that to technology. Thank you for your patience.

Good Morning Kim,

I they restarted the service and ran some testing this morning.  Looks like they were able to get searches and drop-downs to work.  Can I have you try this again when you have free time to confirm this works on your end?

Glad that is working for you. I appreciate your patience with this.  If you start seeing issues again, please let me know and I will get something sent up to investigate.  Have a great Thursday!

Hi Kim,

I just logged into an Ad-Hoc reporting account and was not able to view data.  I believe there is still an outstanding issue on this, which I assume is still related to last weeks issue.  I'll keep you updated as I get more information.  I am going to change the status of this back to 'In Progress' rather than solved until we can confirm this is working properly for you.

Paul: Currently it is working for me as of 12:20 pm est. (crossing fingers)

This morning it was down since I came in at 8:30 am est. approximately 4 hours.

Mine has been up and down all morning.
Also in the past, after 30 minutes of inactivity, it logs you out.
Now, it's more like 5 minutes of inactivity and it logs me out. Not sure if that has to do
with the power outage from a few weeks ago.

Hi,
I put a ticket in already. Ad hoc has been down for a few hours today and currently as I'm typing.
Just an FYI--
